Escaping to Spain and Italy for 3 weeks this summer before starting a new project in Finland. Looking to meet fun people along the way for drinks, dinners, rooftop bars, exploring cities, beach days, random adventures, or just good conversation.

My tentative itnerary:

🇪🇸 Madrid: June 8 – June 11
🇮🇹 Rome: June 11 – June 16
🇮🇹 Florence: June 16 – June 18
🇮🇹 Venice: June 18 – June 21

I’m into architecture, nightlife, cafés, history, Mediterranean vibes, wandering cities late at night, and discovering places organically instead of rushing through tourist checklists.

I’m probably equally happy ending up at a hidden local tapas bar, getting lost walking through old streets at midnight, having a long philosophical conversation over wine, or randomly deciding at 11pm to check out some place nobody’s heard of.

I’m only looking for friends to hang out with so prefer locals in Spain and then Italy. So I’m not interested in paying for your travel expenses. I will of course treat when going out for dinner / drinks, nightlife, etc. I just want to have fun going out. I’m open to hiring a tour guide if you’re a local, super chill and easy going.

I’m 49 (people say I look like I’m in my 30s), single, no kids, spiritual, into physical fitness and well-being, educated (MBA, MS, BS), executive at tech company working in AI software development.
