I live in an active adult community where I am indeed active in tennis and golf. I do volunteer work in a dog rescue group, neighborhood watch, and citizen patrol for the police department.
I worked as Flight Attendant years ago and saw many parts of the world. Raising a child and now with 2 Golden Retrievers, it was difficult to leave for any length of time. I now have a dog sitter. Just got back from a Netherlands River Cruise. Got the bug and now want to cruise the Mediterranean on a 12-day adventure. Looking at Sept/Oct time.
Did research. Depending on where you live, it will cost between $4,000 and $4,500. That includes air, balcony cabin, and tours.
