About me

I'm an attractive, in-shape, masculine, spiritual, down-to-earth, easy-going, genuine, respectful, spontaneous, alive guy, 6', 165, 32w, young in body and spirit. I'm interested in your qualities as a human being and in the quality of our connection. I want an easy, fun connection with no games. I love the outdoors and go hiking a lot up north in the canyons and mountains outside of Phoenix and Sedona. I enjoy travel, exotic foods, all kinds of music, and independent films. I go to Hawaii as often as I can. I just got back from New Zealand and Costa Rica. I'm open to new adventures. I follow my intuition and come from my heart as much as I possibly can. I'm a writer so every aspect of life fascinates me. I enjoy the adventure of life! Drawing from the wisdom of native cultures & ancient spiritual traditions, I play as a Matrix Energetics coach, acupuncturist, filmmaker & Sedona Nature Adventure Vision Quest guide. I graduated from the University of Michigan in Psychology and Communications and am the author of numerous books and CD’s. I have been a radio talk show host, owner-chef of several gourmet restaurants, vice president of the country’s largest natural food company, and director of several human potential institutes. I’ve learned from decades of living and studying with indigenous shaman and medicine men, Eastern sages and martial artists, and Western healers and business gurus.
