About me
Born in New York City, I have now lived in and loved Cape Town for the past twenty-seven years. I have two children who were both born in Cape Town, a son, 24 and a daughter. My son has just started working for a Big 4 accounting firm and has just passed his initial Chartered Accountant's exam. My daughter is in her final year of Law School at UCT. I am fortunate to have an excellent relationships with my ex wife and her boyfriend.
I adhere to all the cliches that seem rampant on this website: I'll be loyal to my partner, have clean finger nails, shower daily, brush my teeth twice a day, enjoy telling clean jokes and have a great sense of humor, especially when I'm telling the jokes. I also appreciate walks on the beach, red wine and truly love Bungy Jumping. Okay, that last comment isn't true!
Acknowledging that that my lack of patience is my primary weakness, I also try to avoid queues and long winded statements. I prefer a direct approach and running around things is not my style.
I appreciate that many of us tend to become more cynical as we go on life's journeys, but I still try to find the optimistic path.
