With 15+ yrs of experience in the education sector, including the 08 years experience in Strategic Planning, Financial Management & Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, m a Psychologist & NLP (Neuro Linguistic Program) Master Practitioner, and presently working as Senior Vice President / Head - Global Operations for a NY based, International Award of Excellence 2017 Winner, ISO 9001:2015 Certified International Chain of Preschools in India, aiming at holistic and value based education located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

An Alumni of IIM - Ahmedabad & academically competent MA, M.Ed, MBA, LL.M, PhD in Marketing & PhD in Education, & Various Executive Programs from prestigious institutions & Project Management Program from IIT Delhi, and well versed with IT skills, having a great passion for education, a special attraction to children and being a strong Advocate for the youth of today, it is my hope and conviction that I could positively contribute to enhance the quality of education imparted in the institution I work for. As a Psychologist, NLP Master Practitioner and As a Serial Entrepreneur & Educationist, I have found that teaching is a great learning experience where one needs to turn up one’s skill, techniques with individual problem, attitude and behavior. I always took risk but always try to implement new ideas. Of course, there is no substitute for hard work and commitment, which are essential ingredients for a good Coordinator or the best Administrator. My rich and varied experience in Schools, Management Institutes & Senior College in various cities has given me that extra edge to groom a school from its inception and take it to great heights of achievement.

In my personal life, as a Author / Writer, I have written 17+ books / Series of Story Books and Poetry. Listening music, travelling, / long drives / meeting new people and making friends, exploring new opportunities and achieving GOALS are my passion and area of interest.
