I am confident and relaxed being on my own but do miss the intimacy of being with a woman, friend and soulmate. Generally well organised - get frustrated when people are not on time. I often like to do things on the spur of the moment eg booking holidays.
I have always been interested in history and love visiting historic places, churches and the like but regrettably don't make enough use of my National Trust membershipown. ; also like cruises . I would like to visit South East Asia and the Antipodes/Pacific in particular in the near future. I have always enjoyed good health ( touch wood ); I take an active interest in good food, nutrition and quality supplements.
