I am most often described as kind, empathetic, and generous. I believe that compassion is the key to happiness. When you cultivate compassion and empathy, other things like love, respect, and consideration just naturally follow in all your interpersonal relationships. I am easy-going and very accepting of others, but that too is just a natural extension of compassion.
I love to travel, and I love trying new food. If there is something on a menu that I've never had before, I absolutely have to try it. Sure sometimes you wind up on your knees cursing the food gods for having forsaken you, but sometimes you find a dish that is so delicious, you forget about the guy that cut you off in traffic or that deadline coming up. You reach this perfect moment of being in the present that would make the Dalai Lama green with envy. Of course, sometimes it's absolutely mediocre. That's the great thing about not having any clue what to expect!
