I'm put together and the consummate professional when needed, but in general I don't take myself very seriously (despite what my refined username implies) and prefer to goof around and embrace my inner child outside of my full-time human resources/office administrator/executive assistant job (whew), though I have fun at work too. I laugh a lot. Well, chortle at least. But I care very much about social issues and voting for the most compassionate and effective politicians. I'm aware the world sucks for many, and just try to do what I can with a wry chortle. Currently scoping out legal aid and social nonprofit volunteer opportunities. My loved ones affirm that I'm a curious introvert who loves people. It makes for random situations but they keep life interesting. I don't consider myself overtly bubbly but strangers tend to talk to me when I'm out, and I get sucked into unexpected but fun chats on the regular. I strive to do the same! Also, animal lovers...yes. Social conservatives (anti-gay, anti-choice, anti-feminist)...a respectful no. Hmm dating...I prefer to date one person at a time, and see how that progresses organically before deciding whether to make it serious. I'm very communicative and don't play games so you'll know exactly where I stand. Life's just too short and all that jazz...I won't waste my time or yours. This should do for the moment.
